Puttu Mayam
Ok ... this is how we eat Puttu Mayam (string hoppers) in Singapore - with "brown" sugar (a palm sugar derivative) and freshly grated coconut ... one word ... heaven!!!
It's absolutely divine, isn't it. :)
ReplyDeleteMy friends brought some over from JB and i must say the grated coconut was marvellous, even though it was reheated in the microwave.
